On the back of your bill it will be broken down into usage and charges. An easy way is to compare your bill with a previous one with the same time of the year. Look for if your usage has increased and if your energy export has substantially changed. If the amounts have changed a lot, it could be that you have used more energy or maybe your solar system has developed a problem.
